If an item that already printed is cancelled, the same printer prints a cancellation slip.

Slips and bills print as a picture, with Turkish letters and right-aligned amounts.

An ordinary printer prints the bill too.

Service speed
The time from order to ready, and from ready to served. Measured for the team, never person by person.
Lateness as a colour
A waiting order changes colour. Nobody is penalised, and everybody sees it.
