A busy café-restaurant dining room in the evening, with a waiter walking between tables holding a phone

Café and restaurant software

From the table to the kitchen, from the till to the owner

Siparis.PRO brings the waiter's phone, the kitchen's printer, the till and the owner's reports into one system. With a small box in the venue, service doesn't stop when the internet does.

  • 7 modulesworking from one record
  • Offlineruns on the venue's own network without internet
  • One appwaiter, kitchen, till: the screen follows the role
  • AIsets your menu up from a photo

A service, step by step

Every step feeds the next.

You enter the menu once. Tables, orders, kitchen, till and reports all work from the same record, so nobody types the same thing twice.

  1. Hands photographing a printed menu on a table with a phone
    01

    Menu

We photograph your menu; AI reads the items, prices and sections, and you approve them.

  2. Glasses of tea and a table card with a QR code on a table by the window
    02

    Table

Every table has its own QR code. Guests see the menu on their own phone, in their own language.

  3. A waiter entering a table's order on a phone
    03

    Order

The waiter enters the order on a phone, with portion, notes and extras.

  4. A thermal printer printing an order slip at the kitchen pass
    04

    Kitchen

The order goes to the right station: the kitchen's screen or printer, the bar's separately.

  5. A waiter carrying two plates to a table
    05

    Service

What's ready shows; what's waiting changes colour. The waiter knows when to pick it up.

  6. A cashier handing a guest the bill, with a card terminal beside them
    06

    Till

The bill prints with one tap. It's paid in parts, by card or cash.

  7. A restaurant owner looking at a laptop at a corner table
    07

    Closing

The till is counted and any difference shows. The owner sees the day's sales, cancellations and discounts.

A box in every venue

Service carries on when the internet doesn't.

The Siparis.PRO box is a small program running on a computer in your venue. It serves the screens over the venue's own network, and only it talks to the printers and POS devices.

  • When the internet drops, ordering, the kitchen and the till keep working on the venue's network.
  • When it's back, the box and the cloud fill each other in; no order is lost or doubled.
  • Sensitive personal data, such as staff files, stays on the box only.
  • The box installs new versions by itself at night, and goes back to the old one if a new one doesn't start.

Who it's for

Every role, its own screen.

One app: whoever logs in gets their own screen. The server decides who can do what.

  • A restaurant owner looking at a laptop at a corner table

    Owner

Sales, profit and loss, cancellations and discounts; menu, prices and the bill's design. Can ask their own AI assistant too.

  • A restaurant manager with a tablet at the end of the bar

    Manager

Shifts, staff, stock and the running of the day. Sets the discount limits.

  • A waiter entering a table's order on a phone

    Waiter

Opens the table, enters the order on a phone, sees guests' calls.

  • A chef plating an Adana kebab under heat lamps

    Kitchen

Sees its station's orders on a screen or a slip, and marks what's ready.

  • A staff member pouring tea into tulip glasses at the counter

    Bar

Tea, coffee and drinks go to their own station.

  • A cashier handing a guest the bill, with a card terminal beside them

    Till

Prints the bill, takes payment in parts, closes the table, closes the day.

  • A kitchen manager counting stock with a tablet in a tidy storeroom

    Stores and purchasing

Products, suppliers, orders, receiving, counts and waste.

  • Glasses of tea and a table card with a QR code on a table by the window

    Guest

Sees the menu in their own language from the QR code, calls the waiter, asks for the bill.

Open and secure

  • Nothing quietly disappears

Every change is a record that's never deleted: who, and when. Cancellations show too, with their reason.

  • The server grants permission

Every action is checked against the role's list of permissions. Anything not on it is refused.

  • Sensitive data stays in the venue

Staff data covered by KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, is kept only on the box in the venue.

  • Your data is yours

The owner can get all their data at any time, by email, in a file locked with a password they choose.
